Product Overview
The Anode Carbon Block Stacking Crane is a specialized transfer equipment used in carbon block warehouses of carbon plants. It mainly consists of a bridge, crane traveling mechanism, hoisting mechanism, guide device, clamping device, control system, electric hoist, and other components. It is designed for handling green and baked carbon blocks in the anode carbon block storage yard, as well as performing other miscellaneous lifting tasks.
The crane is equipped with a clamp that can grip 19 or 21 anode carbon blocks arranged longitudinally in a single pick, enabling repeated stacking or truck loading operations. It can also remove defective blocks and insert qualified blocks back into the stack as needed.
The crane features dual-drive for the traveling mechanism, and the entire machine is controlled by variable-frequency drives combined with a PLC system. All crane movements are operated from the cabin, which is equipped with an air conditioning unit that provides both heating and cooling for operator comfort.
