The QD series overhead crane with hook is the most widely used general-purpose bridge crane, primarily employed for indoor material handling and lifting operations inside workshops and factories. Rated capacity 5t. Span range 10.5~13.5m. Lifting height 16m. Duty classification A5. It is available in A5 (medium) and A6 (heavy) duty classes to match different service conditions and load spectra.

01 Product Description

The QD crane consists of four major assemblies: the bridge girder, the crane travel mechanism, the trolley, and the electrical control system. The bridge utilises a box-section welded structure offering high rigidity and low dead weight. The cab can be accessed from the side, the end, or the top — three options to suit various workshop layouts. The cab can be positioned on either the left or the right side. Power supply options include safety slide wire or angle iron, which can be installed on the opposite side or the same side as the cab. All crane operations are performed from within the cab.
