The intelligent steel tube allocation overhead crane is an automated material handling system developed for steel tube warehouses and distribution centres. It automates the entire workflow: inbound storage, inventory management, sorting, and outbound dispatch. Rated capacity 16~16t. Span 26.5m. The system integrates intelligent control and warehouse management software.

The crane employs a twin-trolley configuration or a specialised beam with tube-handling attachments, capable of lifting single or multiple tubes simultaneously. The control system is integrated with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for digital inventory tracking. Features include automatic positioning, automated storage/retrieval, and cycle counting. Variable-frequency drive technology enables precise positioning and smooth acceleration/deceleration, minimising tube-to-tube impact damage.
