LDC is an improved European‑style electric single‑girder crane with a box‑section main girder and an offset trolley to increase lifting height. It is equipped with CD1/MD1 hoists, rated loads 1–20 t, spans 7.5–28.5 m, duty classes A3–A5, and operates at –25 ℃ to +40 ℃. It is widely used in factories, warehouses, and stockyards, but is not allowed in flammable, explosive, or corrosive environments.
The LDC crane adopts a welded box‑section main girder to ensure high strength and rigidity. Its trolley is offset to one side of the girder, positioning the hoist above the main beam. This design maximises the effective lifting height compared with traditional LD models, while also allowing a lower building profile and reducing construction costs. The crane is compatible with both CD1 and MD1 electric hoists, providing flexible hoisting speed options. Its main technical parameters include rated capacities from 1 to 20 tonnes, spans from 7.5 to 28.5 metres, duty classes from A3 to A5, and reliable operation in ambient temperatures between –25 ℃ and +40 ℃. Three control modes are available – floor pendant, wireless remote, and cabin operation – to suit different working conditions. It is important to note that the crane must not be used in environments with flammable, explosive, or corrosive substances.
