The QZ series overhead crane with grab is designed for handling bulk materials in metallurgical plants, mines, ports, and stockyards, where loose materials such as ore, coal, coke, and aggregates need to be loaded, unloaded, and transferred. Different grab types are available to match specific material densities.





The QZ crane uses a grab as its lifting attachment, enabling automatic grabbing and discharging of bulk materials. Grabs are classified as light-duty, medium-duty, heavy-duty, and extra-heavy-duty depending on material density. The main structure comprises the bridge girder, crane travel mechanism, trolley travel mechanism, grab hoisting/opening-closing mechanism, and electrical control system. Grab opening/closing and hoisting are driven by a dual-drum arrangement, allowing independent or simultaneous operation.
