The YZ series foundry crane is the primary equipment in steelmaking and continuous casting processes, designed for lifting and transporting ladles of molten steel. Rated capacity 5t. Span range 10.5~13.5m. Lifting height 16m. The crane incorporates advanced design and manufacturing techniques, delivering structural innovation, operational safety, economic durability, and ease of maintenance.





Foundry cranes are available in several structural configurations: double-girder double-track, four-girder four-track, and four-girder rail-type. The first two are generally employed for medium-to-small capacity cranes, while the third is used for large-capacity foundry cranes. The hoisting mechanism is equipped with a dual-brake system to ensure absolute safety when handling molten metal. The trolley frame is fabricated from high-strength steel plate with exceptional load-bearing capacity. Optional features include a rotating spreader, variable-width C-hook, and load weighing with digital display.
