The LDY crane is built to the rigorous requirements of JB/T 1306‑2008, ensuring high reliability in harsh metallurgical conditions. Its hoisting mechanism uses YHII type metallurgical electric hoists, which are specially designed for high‑temperature and high‑safety applications. These hoists are fitted with double braking systems and double limit switches, providing redundant protection for molten metal handling. A heat insulation shield is installed to protect the hoist and electrical components from radiant heat, while the bottom flange of the main girder undergoes special heat‑resistant treatment to prevent deformation and maintain structural integrity under prolonged exposure to high temperatures. The crane offers rated capacities up to 10 tonnes, spans between 7.5 and 28.5 metres, and a duty class of A6, indicating heavy‑duty, continuous operation. It is designed for an ambient temperature range of –20 ℃ to +60 ℃, with a humidity limit of 50 % at 40 ℃. Control can be either floor‑based (pendant or remote) or from an operator cabin, depending on site requirements. This crane is exclusively intended for molten metal applications and is not suitable for corrosive or explosive atmospheres.
