The BZN-KBK pillar-mounted slewing jib crane adopts the proven KBK / KBK II modular rail as its cantilever jib, combined with a hollow cold-rolled steel profile that keeps the arm light yet rigid. An electric chain hoist with a built-in low-friction trolley travels smoothly along the rail, delivering precise and effortless load handling within a compact working envelope. Both hoisting along the jib and slewing are operated by simple manual push, so no complicated operation training is required.

The crane is fixed on a floor-standing pillar and can be installed with chemical anchor bolts on a concrete foundation of at least 200 mm thickness, which makes commissioning fast and simple. Semi-slewing 270° or full slewing 360° versions are available, and an optional lower slewing bearing version is offered for workshops with limited headroom, gaining more than 290 mm extra hook travel. With its compact footprint, the BZN-KBK is perfect for machine tool loading and unloading at individual workstations, assembly and maintenance positions on modern production lines, and workshops or warehouses where floor space is limited.
